Expertise / Paid social

Demand you

Search captures people already looking. Meta has to interrupt someone who was not. That is a different discipline, and treating it like paid search is why most Meta accounts quietly fail.

01 / The problem

Creative is the targeting now.

Meta’s targeting controls have narrowed considerably, and the algorithm increasingly decides who sees what based on how people respond to the creative itself. That has moved the centre of gravity. The ad is no longer the thing you make after you pick the audience. It is the thing that picks the audience.

Most underperforming accounts are running one or two pieces of creative, written like a search ad, pointed at a page that was built for people who already knew what they wanted.

On top of that, iOS privacy changes and consent requirements have made attribution genuinely harder. Accounts that still trust the in-platform numbers uncritically are usually overstating their results.

We build creative in sets, not singles, because variation is what gives the algorithm something to learn from.

And we reconcile platform reported conversions against your CRM, because the gap between the two is often large.

02 / Approach

Fewer platforms, more creative.

The first decision is which platforms to ignore. Being present everywhere at low quality beats being absent at nothing. For most businesses two platforms done properly outperforms five done thinly.

Campaign structure stays deliberately simple. Meta’s delivery works better with consolidated budgets and enough volume to exit the learning phase, so splitting into many small ad sets usually hurts.

Retargeting is treated as its own job with its own creative and its own measurement, not as a cheap way to inflate the headline return figure.

Consent matters here. Tracking has to work within what the visitor agreed to, and we will not configure a pixel that ignores a consent banner.

It is both a legal position and a practical one, because data gathered improperly is data you cannot defend.

03 / What you get

Deliverables.

Platform fit assessment

An honest view of whether Meta suits your offer and audience at all, before any money is committed.

Audience and offer strategy

Who we are talking to, what we are putting in front of them, and why they would stop scrolling for it.

Creative sets

Multiple concepts and formats built to be tested against each other, refreshed on a schedule rather than when performance has already dropped.

Campaign build

Structure that gives delivery enough volume to learn, with retargeting separated and measured on its own terms.

Consent compliant tracking

Pixel and conversions API configured to respect the consent choice the visitor actually made.

Reconciled reporting

Platform numbers set against CRM reality, so you know what the leads really cost.

04 / Method

How paid social runs.

I

Baseline

Current spend and results if an account exists, plus a clear picture of what a qualified lead is worth to you.

II

Strategy

Platform selection, audience definition, offer and message. The creative brief comes out of this, not before it.

III

Build

Campaigns, creative sets and tracking, with consent handling verified before anything goes live.

IV

Learn

Creative tested in sets, losers cut, winners iterated. Budget follows evidence.

V

Reconcile

Monthly reporting that compares what Meta claims against what actually arrived in your CRM.

05 / Questions

Straight answers.

Does Meta advertising work for B2B?

It can, particularly for lead magnets, events and retargeting, but the intent is colder than LinkedIn or search and the sales cycle shows it. We would want to understand your deal size and cycle length before recommending it.

How much creative do I need?

More than most people expect. Creative fatigue is real and sets usually need refreshing every few weeks at meaningful spend. We plan for that from the start rather than treating it as an emergency.

Can you use my existing photos and video?

Often yes, and genuine material from your own business usually outperforms polished stock. We will tell you honestly if what you have is not usable.

Why do Meta’s numbers not match my CRM?

Because modelled attribution, view through windows and consent limits all push platform reported conversions above what you can verify. The gap is normal. Ignoring it is not, which is why we reconcile the two every month.

What is a realistic minimum budget?

Low enough and the campaign never exits the learning phase, which wastes everything spent. The threshold depends on your cost per lead, so we would rather calculate it with you than quote a number that does not fit your business.
