Rugmaz is a digital marketing agency. Rugmaz is a registered company in Pakistan and works with clients in Manchester and across the United Kingdom.

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form on this website we collect the details you type into it. Depending on the form that is your name, email address, telephone number, company name, website address, the service you are interested in, a description of your project and, where the form asks for one, a budget range.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we record the page you submitted an enquiry from, and where available the campaign parameters in the link that brought you here. Our analytics tools record general usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type and referring site.

Enquiry details are collected so that we can reply to you, understand what you are asking for and keep a record of the conversation. The lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Analytics information is collected to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Where this relies on non-essential cookies, it is collected only after you consent through the cookie banner.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an enquiry.

Enquiry records are stored in a lead management system that runs inside this website, on the hosting account for rugmaz.com. They are not sent to a third party customer relationship management service.

Notification emails about new enquiries are sent to Rugmaz using the mail infrastructure attached to the rugmaz.com domain.

Analytics information is processed by Google. Cookie consent preferences are recorded by the consent management tool running on this site.

Enquiry records can be read only by signed-in Rugmaz users who hold an administrative role on this website. They are not published, not exposed through the public website and not available through the public application programming interface.

We share information with third parties only where we need a supplier to deliver a service to us, such as website hosting, email delivery or analytics, or where we are required to by law.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is a reasonable prospect of the conversation continuing, and afterwards for up to twenty four months so that we have a record of who contacted us and about what.

If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
