These terms govern your use of rugmaz.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Rugmaz is a digital marketing agency and a registered company in Pakistan, working with clients in Manchester and across the United Kingdom.

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish it as your own, sell it, or present it as the work of another business.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its server, or any database connected to it, nor interfere with its availability for other people.

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract between you and Rugmaz, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. It starts a conversation.

Work is only agreed in a written proposal or statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, timescales and fees, accepted by both sides. The terms of that document govern the work, and where it conflicts with this page, that document takes precedence.

Any figures discussed before a written proposal are indicative. A quoted fee assumes the scope described at the time. If the scope changes, the fee is revisited before the additional work starts, not after it.

Search rankings, advertising performance and lead volume depend on competitors, platform behaviour, market conditions, pricing, and how enquiries are handled once they arrive, none of which is wholly within our control.

Rugmaz does not guarantee a position in search results, a cost per lead, a return on advertising spend, or any particular commercial outcome. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the work described in the proposal, done competently, reported honestly.

Unless the proposal says otherwise, on payment of the agreed fees you own the deliverables created for you: website code, design source files, written content, campaign structures and the accounts holding them.

Advertising accounts, analytics properties and domains are registered in your name. Rugmaz holds access as a user, which you may remove at any time.

Rugmaz retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, methods, templates and internal systems, which are not deliverables.

Delivery depends on timely access, approvals, content and information from you. Where a deadline moves because of a delay on your side, the timeline moves with it.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of material you supply to us for publication, and for holding the rights to any brand assets, images or copy you provide.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but the content is general information rather than advice for your situation. Nothing on it should be relied on as legal, financial or professional advice.

We do not publish client names, figures or testimonials that have not been verified and approved by the client concerned.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, Rugmaz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this website.

Liability in respect of engaged work is dealt with in the proposal or statement of work for that engagement.

This site links to third party websites. Those links are provided for convenience. Rugmaz does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their practices.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
