The challenge

Lauren Lorraine had a catalogue worth finding, bridal and occasion heels, bags and boots, but nothing bringing in demand at scale. Store sales were sitting around $1,000 a month. The brand had traffic, but no paid channel built to convert it and no SEO foundation getting the catalogue found for free.

The strategy

Run paid and organic as one system rather than two separate jobs. Google Ads to capture people already searching with intent, and SEO to build the pages that could hold that intent without ongoing spend, each channel targeting the same product and category terms so they reinforced rather than duplicated each other.

The execution

We rebuilt the paid side from scratch: Google Ads structured around high-intent product and category terms, Shopping and Performance Max tied to the full catalogue, and ongoing bid and budget management rather than a set-and-forget account. Alongside it, we ran SEO across the site, fixing technical issues holding pages back, building out category and collection pages properly, and getting product pages found for the terms shoppers were actually searching.

The outcome

Monthly store sales moved from $1,000 to $15,000, a 15x increase, with paid and organic now working the same demand from two directions instead of competing for the same clicks.
